Splice PostRNA Studio
Keep the pieces. Find the message.
Keep fragments in their original left-to-right order. Join them, then read every three bases as a codon. Match the peptide within the fragment budget.
The transcript
Tap a fragment to keep or skip it. Borders mark selected pieces; bases can form a codon across fragment boundaries.

Field guide & source notes
This is an abstract sequence puzzle inspired by RNA splicing research in October 2026. Real splicing has many biological constraints omitted here. No medical predictions or real experimental sequences.
Letters A, C, G and U are RNA bases. A codon is a group of three bases. Amino acids use standard single-letter codes; * means stop. The target includes its final stop. A partial codon cannot be sent. Skipping a fragment can shift every later codon. All 64 codons are available in the dictionary below.
Keyboard: Tab to a fragment and Enter/Space to toggle. Controls also work with pointer or touch. Saves stay on this device when browser storage is available. Hints select a nearest valid solution and change one fragment.
